The WDM Group is a fast developing company with offices in five global locations, including Mumbai. Our products include a wide range of digital magazines, web portals, newsletters and unique targeted advertising.

Our expansion plans for 2011/2012 demonstrate an exciting global footprint within the Group to include Social Media platforms, Databases, Search Engine developments, IPad,/IPhone tablets, Smart Phone applications and technology. We have 30 products/brands under our portfolio each with their own dedicated and busy websites. We are seeking to hire a team of marketing research directors who will be at the forefront of these expansion plans.

The Role

To research leads, undertake telemarketing and telesales and be able to generate and market the products through e-mail campaigns, social media and networking. This role is an opportunity to build your own sector, contact and build relationships with C level executives of large corporate companies e.g. Construction, Gas & Oil, Food and Drink industries. You will be responsible for managing your own sector with corporate sales profile content across our portfolio of digital magazines. The pace is fast and demanding and it offers fantastic rewards to include incentives, awards and an uncapped commission structure. No night working.

The Candidate

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work within a defined system and be a savvy communicator with the ability to think on your toes and control a conversation. We are seeking candidates who are hungry for unlimited earnings and who have the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to undertake telemarketing research and telesales and have an aptitude for new technology, as well as digital and social media platforms. You will have a confident approach, be resourceful, have a good telephone manner and be able to close conversations with a positive outcome and be prepared to put in the hours. Graduates with a Degree in Marketing or related subject with a genuine interest in marketing and research and proof of project management are desirable, but not essential. You will possess good communication and negotiating skills, demonstrate a proactive, ‘can do’ approach and be hungry for unlimited earnings. You will have a good command of English, both written and spoken and you will be looking for a career in sales.
